Job Posting

The Richland Parish School Board is currently accepting applications for part-time/contracted services for a truancy officer.  Applicants should have at least a high school diploma. A two year associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred.  Primary responsibility involves working with the parents/guardians of school age children who are truant in accordance with Louisiana law.  The position also involves working with local law enforcement authorities and officials of the Fifth Judicial Court.  Applications can be requested by telephone (318-728-5964) or by visiting the central office complex at 411 Foster Street, Rayville, Louisiana 71269.  Application and resume should be directed to: Harold Gallman, Personnel Director, Richland Parish School Board, POB 599, Rayville, LA  71269.
